Cancer insurance provides you with cash benefits to help pay for covered cancer-related medical costs. Unless you tell us otherwise, the benefits are sent directly to you and cover inpatient and outpatient treatments such as hospital stays, doctor visits, radiology treatments, surgical procedures, hospice care, ambulance services and post-surgical checks.

Why do I need cancer insurance?
Cancer patients have enough to deal with. But too often, the cost of cancer treatment can have a major impact on your family’s finances. Unfortunately, according to Cancer Facts & Figures, 2006 from the American Cancer Society, each and every American has a 1 in 3 chance of developing cancer in their lifetimes. And with medical costs on the rise, it’s important to have insurance that can help supplement your current coverage, because it pays regardless of other types of insurance you may have.
